  • Analytical examination of Dehydrated Vegetables, Premixes and Purees. - Verification of effectiveness Condiments (Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise & Culinary sauces) etc.- Record Maintenance of All the analytical activities and documentations. - To check inventory of prepared material at cold store. - To check time and temperature at cold store periodically. - Raw material quality checking, product preparation, packing & dispatch. - Sensory, RM analysis, PM Analysis, Chemical Analysis etc. - Maintain & Check of Hygiene Condition of Plant. - Calibration of all QC equipment's. - Testing of RM like (sugar, salt, citric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid etc.) - Testing of finished goods like Jams, Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise, sauces etc. - Testing of Fatty free acid. - Testing of Moisture. - Testing of Ash. - Testing of Ash (insoluble HCL). - Testing of reducing sugar. - Testing of Total solids. - Testing of Total soluble solids. - FSSAI and food safety rules and regulations. - Developing action plans against major food safety and quality issue. - Root cause and follow up for corrective actions. - Verify the Pest Control Activity & provide suggestion according to Issue. - To check the Quality of Raw & Packaging material on day to day basis for every lot and give product Quality Control Clearance as per the company standards. - Online Production and Packaging monitoring, product weight coding and printing of products. - Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database. - Documentation of IPQC /Quality control section and regular inspection of production lines in shifts. - Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work. - Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.AUDIT FACED:Successful audit faces FSSC 22000 , GLP, GMP, Nestle , Capital Foods , Marico, Kellogg's, Reliance, internal audit etc.
