- Transaction oversight: Auditing and approving daily loan disbursements, interest collections, principal repayment transactions processed to ensure the accounts are up-to-date.
- Collateral evaluation and Security: Implementing internal protocols to evaluate the collateral based on portfolio, risk assessment and past credit history, provide loan and securely manage the intake, storage, and retrieval of pledged gold/silver ornaments.
