  • Handling the Credit Control Activities for Direct, Banca and Financial Advisers
  • Handling activities like Commission Review, Sending of Statement of Accounts, Reviewing the assigned account and chasing for the Overdue premiums, Reconcile the reports and providing the required reports to respective person in charge, Handling the queries received in the Team mailboxes with respect to the assigned accounts, Review and clear of U-cash entries to reduce the PDD numbers
  • Preparing KPI dashboard on regular basis
