I am a professional agile product owner and business analyst. I have worked in 3 different industries over +5 years of experience in (Finance- Banking, manufacturing, and the cannabis industry).

I assist businesses in developing a digital strategy, documenting business, and technical requirements, and supporting design, development, and marketing teams on both the client and branch sides, creating digital experiences that meet business and customer goals.

In my role as product owner, I collaborate with different stakeholders like the UI & UX, strategy, Marketing, Quality Assurance, development teams, and every relevant stakeholder to drive the success of the product. I get to empathize with the client to understand their pain points, and business goals and facilitate the requirement-gathering process. In the process, I establish great rapport and relationships with the relevant stakeholders while assessing business and technology challenges to deliver solutions.

I create a requirement document- this includes uses stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and non-functional requirements. I am also responsible for creating management and prioritizing the product backlog.

I am an agile practitioner and I help to run some of the scrum ceremonies on my projects.

I facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming sessions, and print delivery and then find ways to improve the team's collaboration process during sprint retrospectives.
