I volunteered for Beavers and Cubs. I helped out with children from ages 5-8. We did numerous crafts and learn about our environment. We also taught camping skills and leadership.


Sept 2004- June 2007

I volunteered for Sparks and then for Brownies. I helped out with girls from the ages of 5-8. We taught the girls crafts, our environment as well as camping skills and leadership.


Sept 2005-Sept 2009 Sept 2013- Sept 2017

I volunteered for the Navy League of Canada. I rose to the rank of Lieutenant. In volunteering we dealt with child from the ages of 9 to 13. We dealt with children that came from all different back grounds and situations. We taught them different skills such as leadership, community awareness and how to be good citizens. We also taught them different skills such as knot tying, survival skills and physical fitness. I also got special training on how to deal with children with disabilities and autism.
