  • Machine Element Design, MECH 3409, 09/2021, 04/2022, Apply the fundamentals of stress analysis, theories of failure and material science in the design of machine components. Prepare detailed engineering drawings using computer aided design (CAD) software for machine elements design assignments and group projects. Demonstrate the ability to take technical, safety, and other issues into account when selecting and/or designing mechanical components.
  • Engineering Capstone, ENG 4000, 09/2021, 04/2022, Objective of this project was to design an ultra-cool refrigeration system that is affordable, safe, and capable of being easily transported worldwide, done in 'waterfall' project style. Used various software's such as SolidWorks, Arduino IDE, and STAR CCM+. Construction of the prototype was done using 3D printers, machine shop, laser cutter etc. Generated approximately 7 reports and other related documents to present all data and final designs for specified gates.
  • Mini Design Project 2, MECH 3401, 01/2022, 04/2022, Designed and constructed a renewable energy-powered, self-propelled, and self-controlled flying machine (mini airplane) which can stay airborne for as long as possible and complete the assigned tasks while also keeping within the constraints. Take technical, safety, and other issues (such as environmental) into account to design for optimum performance. Appraise the concepts of stress and strain and analyze the stress-strain diagrams and define the corresponding material properties and behaviors.
