- Sophisticated calendar management and support to the Vice-President of Human Resources as well as the Vice-President of Strategic Projects and Workforce Planning with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure effective communication of information to key internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively manage travel booking and arrangement of meetings and logistics
- Assemble and analyze highly confidential information from multiple sources, and prepare reports, agendas, presentations, etc
- Act as the first line of support for internal and external stakeholders; coordinate, prioritize and respond to mail, telephone and electronic enquiries and/or forward to the appropriate person or department
- Perform transcription duties of a highly confidential, sensitive, and/or technical nature
- Carry out special projects, as assigned and independently research, prioritize and follow up on status
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and administrators to ensure appropriate coverage in support of company wide special projects and initiatives.
· Budget Coordinator for Human Resources, Legal and Compliance. Providing monthly reports with our variances to ensure we maintain on budget through the year
· Event planning for Human Resources, (social events, conference, celebration planning)
· Responsible in handling our rewards & recognition platform for our employees
· Managing all invoice and disbursements for the department; ensuring all are processed and paid on time
