• Manage and direct youth theatre company for ages 8-18

• Audition, cast, direct and choreograph three theatrical productions per year including musical theatre production and play for 20-25 high school students, and musical theatre production for 40-50 students in grades 5-8
• Collaborate with staff and students to plan, create sets, costumes, and props
• Plan and run student committee to organize yearly arts awards banquet for up to 200 students and staff.

Past Productions include: Pippin, The Little Mermaid, Puffs, Matilda, Raise Your Voice, Almost, Maine, Footloose

• Designed set and props for an original camp show themed "Night at the Museum"
• Planned and taught daily lessons for students in grades 2-8 designed to build art and theatre production skills, as well as create hands-on opportunities to be involved in creation of the production elements of the show

• Staging director for P.LA.Y. Project: A musical theatre program for youth presenting a 60-min musical theatre production
• Lead Instructor for Bravo Broadway musical theatre summer camp

• Planned and taught weekly dance and drama lessons for students in Pre-K to grade 8
