Events and Special Projects

Indigenous Advisory Circle Closing Ceremony | University of Winnipeg

In partnership with the Office of the Associate Vice President Indigenous Engagement, I planned and coordinated a closing ceremony to honour Indigenous tradition.  I organized the logistics for the ceremony which included a healing circle, which began with a smudge and a feast.  I also coordinated the travel and accomodations for the out of town members that attended the closing ceremony.

Administrative Support for Senior Executive Searches | University of Winnipeg

Associate Vice-President of Human Resources and Vice-President of Research and Innovation

I coordinated and collaborated with the search firms for each executive search, coordinated hiring committee meetings, meeting materials and packages as well as first round and second round interview schedules.  I prepared the second interview, logistics for campus tour, hiring committee meeting and dinner with Senior Administration. I also coordinated payment for each search firm and reimbursement for candidate travel and expenses.
