Currently working as a Life Enrichment Aide, responsible for creating and implementing programming for residents and collaborating with families and staff to ensure success for each resident.

• Current Volunteer Coordinator for recruitment, orientation and scheduling.
• Create activity calendars to meet the residents social, spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical needs.
• Current member on several committees: BSO, palliative care, JHSC, fire prevention, and emergency preparedness.

Promoted to Life Enrichment Coordinator, responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities and programs for residents. Collaborated with front-line staff to ensure the smooth execution of activities, and promoted resident participation and engagement.

• Planned and organized a variety of recreational, social, and educational activities for residents.
• Developed and maintained relationships with community organizations, and created intergenerational opportunities to enhance the range of activities.
• Conducted assessments to identify residents' interests, preferences, and abilities.
• Attending care conferences as a multidisciplinary team for continuous awareness of residents' needs.

As a second-year student I was responsible for attending intake assessment meetings and create my own care plans with goals and objectives for each client. Creating and running several small groups, I was able to facilitate a diverse range of programming to fit their needs and reflect their interests.
