 I am excited to apply for the Educational Assistant role at Louie Riel School Division. As an experienced professional with five years of experience, including as an Educational Assistant, I am confident in my abilities to provide exceptional service in this role.

 Throughout my work as an Educational Assistant, I have developed skills in behavior modeling and special needs education. These skills have been honed through hands-on experience working with students to provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. In my role, I was responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment by modeling desired behaviors and guiding students towards positive choices. Additionally, I worked closely with students who required special needs support, learning how to adapt my teaching methods to ensure that all students are able to access and benefit from the curriculum. 

My strengths in communication, motivation and teamwork are all assets that I will bring to this role. In particular, my communication skills are integral to fostering relationships with both students and staff members. I am able to clearly and effectively communicate with students of all ages and abilities, as well as with teachers, administrators, and parents. In addition, my motivation and positive attitude will allow me to approach each day with a willingness to learn and grow, while my ability to work collaboratively with others will ensure that I am able to be a valuable member of the Louie Riel School Division team.
