I grew up on a farm and have been running equipment since I was 11 years old. I have experience on both farm and heavy equipment. I am efficient, reliable and hard-working. I owned a backhoe construction and gravel hauling company for 15 years. With owning my own company, I needed to work professionally with a variety of people in various situations and unexpected events. I possess strong interpersonal skills and can develop and maintain strong working relationships with those I encounter. I am familiar with the protocols for maintaining COR and know the required paperwork that must be completed and submitted daily.
