As a Drilling site coordinator it was my responsibility for all reporting from the well site. Working closely with well site supervisors to generate drilling reports, drilling analytics and cost control.

• Successful execution of day to day drilling operations for Conoco Phillips Montney drilling program while generating and compiling data for daily wellview reports.
• Supporting drilling operation team onsite.
• Material tracking and transferring various drilling tool and equipment within different company departments and third party vendors to ensure proper capturing and documentation for everything coming and leaving site.
• Document and share with drilling operation team best practices and lessons learned from previous pads to enhance drilling parameters and problems leading to non productive time for flat time reduction anaylsis.
• Assisting well site supervisors in a safety sensitive position by conducting HSE orientations, attending rig whiteboard meetings and documenting and trend analysis for hazard ID's on site.
• Coordinating trucking and distributing proper paperwork for cutting disposals based on mud system.
• Generate spotfire reports for analysis of operational codes for operational efficiencies improvement.

Provided technical assistance to clients projects both in field and in office alongside the senior project engineer to deliver successful project and deliverables. Design and engineered plans for drilling wells spanning from cavern to CO2 sequestration wells. Providing preliminary budgets and engineered proposals, cost capturing, field ticket review and acceptance and invoice tracking. Vendor procurement and relationships were main roles and responsibilities.

• Transitioned projects from estimation and pre-construction phase to well-defined project execution plan.
• Kept projects on schedule by managing deadlines and adjusting workflows.

• Project engineer overseeing the execution of multi-million dollar Suncor Fort Hills drilling programs.
• Adopting best practices to streamline processes, trim costs, augment productivity, drive bottom line profitability, and most importantly adhere and be a leader in safety practices of the industry.
• Project Management Influenced an annual budget of $30M for Suncor Fort Hills Winter Drilling Program - assisted with the overseeing of major oil sand drilling projects.
• Reviewed and approved daily LEMS of approved vendors for the project, estimated materials, forecasted budgets, monitored and reported spending and exceeded KPI's.
• Utilize wellview to create wellbore diagrams and enter all associated info for licensed and non-licensed wells.
• Cost Analysis Slashed costs, reduced overspending, and promoted bottom line profitability-worked closely with quality project managers to minimize reworks and integrate quality controls to remove redundancy and mitigating project delays.
• Monitoring of daily progress to adhere to the planned schedule and develop performance reports.
• Quality Management Daily quality assurance and control of all documentation for governing bodies, Suncor and any other entities with interest.
• Design of engineer work packages to be reviewed by project managers and senior engineers.
• Review of Well-site supervisors data in wellview to assure consistent and correct information and all drilling and installation equipment is attached to close out the well.

• Supervision As a new grad was recruited as a entry level drilling engineer to assist with clients multi-million dollar drilling programs.
• Presided over the initial design of the wellbore to the final stages of clean up on site.
• Project Management Influenced AFE of clients drilling programs by developing bid packages for third party vendors.
• Oversaw the daily drilling curves and daily cost reporting to respective clients.
• Worked closely with senior engineers to properly adhere to AER directives and offset wells to design the clients wellbores.
• Cost Savings Utilize N.L Fisher bid packaging software to cut costs on materials and services on programs.
• Worked closely with well-site supervisors and other personnel to minimize risks, project delays, redundancies, and adhered to the exact design of the well to avoid any reworks and schedule delays.
