As a Drilling site coordinator it was my responsibility for all reporting from the well site. Working closely with well site supervisors to generate drilling reports, drilling analytics and cost control.


  • Successful execution of day to day drilling operations for Conoco Phillips Montney drilling program while generating and compiling data for daily wellview reports.
  • Supporting drilling operation team onsite.
  • Material tracking and transferring various drilling tool and equipment within different company departments and third party vendors to ensure proper capturing and documentation for everything coming and leaving site.
  • Document and share with drilling operation team best practices and lessons learned from previous pads to enhance drilling parameters and problems leading to non productive time for flat time reduction anaylsis.
  • Assisting well site supervisors in a safety sensitive position by conducting HSE orientations, attending rig whiteboard meetings and documenting and trend analysis for hazard ID's on site.
  • Coordinating trucking and distributing proper paperwork for cutting disposals based on mud system.
  • Generate spotfire reports for analysis of operational codes for operational efficiencies improvement.
