• Worked on a project of reducing the power consumption of POUIRE(main equipment of transferring pulp) by calculating the centrifugal force of the existing impeller.
• Changed the design of flat belt used for transferring power of motor to equipment as it used to get burnt after 10 to 20 days. After my design it kept running for approx. 3 months
• A serious problem was being faced with regard to the key of the shaft of a pulper, which was getting broken due to more torque applied to it. Design of the key was changedto make the torque less. After that we couldn’t find anymore problem.
