The company’s payment application designed for a B2B online payment system for dealerships was slow & outdated. The application needed code refactoring, adding new features and cleaning up the architecture to enhance the application response time. Built a robust application supporting online payments in multiple currencies with the capacity to handle a large volume of daily requests.
Project #2: Workday Implementation to Streamline HR Processes
Client - SkipTheDishes
SkipTheDishes was using Google Sheets to compile & track employee service requests like employee job referrals, applying for leaves, year-end appraisals & self-assessments, submitting reimbursement claims and applying for internal job postings. The objective was to improve data integrity, ticket response time, talent management, annual appraisals and reimbursement turnaround. With the implementation of Workday, HR service desk tickets were reduced from 380 to 21 per day, standardized processes across all provinces, and increased user satisfaction from 60% to 91%.
Project #3: CRM Transformation with Microsoft AI & Dynamics 365
Client - CIBC
CIBC was facing challenges of manually categorizing more than 3000 customer emails daily to determine an appropriate response. The solution included the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline customer service and an email bot to eliminate manual intervention. The email bot automates email categorization and replies to routine queries with over 80% accuracy, significantly reducing agents' workload.
Project #4: Employee Experience Transformation by RPA
Client - Marico
Marico has a global footprint with widespread HR functions which makes it difficult to handle large volumes of transactions. The objective was to automate activities that fall under hiring, learning & development, HR administration & reporting and employee experience. RPA was deployed in calculating shift time for contractors, background verification, generation of offer letters, training calendar mailers and F&F settlement.

Achieved outcomes like a 25% reduction in IT calls migration of 3000+ knowledge articles, and improved service portal accessibility.
Project #2: Implementation of Workday Studio for Integration of Workday with Zoho
Client - Zomato
Zomato wanted to seamlessly sync information of candidates hired through Zoho with the internal Workday HCM. Implemented Workday Studio where job requisitions and candidate information flow seamlessly between the two platforms. Reduced manual work, errors, and enhanced the recruiting process. Implemented real-time updates and alerts for efficient issue resolution. The solution increased scalability, and data security, and improved the overall candidate experience.

Tata Motors iOS & Android application enables the sales executives to master vehicles & product training via in depth knowledge management modules. The core features included 360-degree product view, competitors product comparisons, product specifications, booking and managing car service and integration of DMS and CMS to manage content centrally.

Practo is a mobile healthcare app and web portal for fast, secure, and convenient access to licensed physicians, doctors and health coaches to create a medical appointment and medicine delivery system. This app focuses on follow-ups, medicine reminders, prescriptions, available medical practitioners, uploading existing medical reports and online payment options etc.

This web portal enabled various clients to seamlessly integrate applications with Galileo systems using web services. Integration with the Galileo GDS system allowed to access information about seats, rates, availability, discounts and live reservations. It provided a cutting-edge Galileo travel reservation system for air bookings, hotel bookings, car bookings, holiday bookings and transfer bookings
