As a Subway manager I was responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant including staff management, food safety, inventory control, and customer service. I have to ensure the store is to Subway standards, maintain a clean and safe environment, and strives to maximize sales and profitability. As a manager I deal with stuff management including recruiting, training, scheduling employees, direct, motivate staff, and handling staff issues. Important part of the day is managing cash and bank deposit and handling delivery and placing order for the week and balancing food and labor cost.
