• C- Clamp Screw and Pad (Precision Machining), Produce turned parts according to drawing specifications by using appropriate basic engine lathe and milling controls and attachments. Use appropriate bench and or hand tools to perform layout, fitting and assembly operations, Drill presses including, Sensitive, Upright and Radial Arm Fixture and Frame. (Mastercam) Learned to write for CNC mill and turning centers using computer software to generate the required machine codes necessary to control the CNC machine unit. Laid emphasis on the 3-axes milling, and the 2-axes turning operations.
• Punch Grinding Fixture (Precision Machining), Calculate appropriate machining/cutting speeds and feeds. Design appropriate fixtures to securely hold components Perform appropriate heat treatment processes to suit functionality of components. Follow a process and procedure plan for producing jig and fixture components.
• Spinning Wheel (AutoCAD), Mastered designing skills using Snap and grid functions. Developing tool and product designs from scratch.
