• Process Optimization- Projects core goal was to automate/ Simplify/ Eliminate few selected processes in HRDSO ( Insurance, Visa and UPI)
• Involved in interacting with respective internal stakeholders (SME’s & POD Leads) to
  understand current process to drill down possible pain points and propose possible
  solution associated with the technology team.
• Perform impact analysis of upstream over downstream.
• Involved in delivering the business requirement to Technology team
• Conduct baseline analysis using time studies and capacity calculator.
• Analyzed and developed process models, use cases, exception handling and dataflow
  diagrams in iGrafx.
• Document the process with the processing steps and prepare Desk procedures with
  respective screenshots.
• Involved in migration from legacy tool to new tool for recruitment module of HR Domain.
• Analyze the legacy system pain points and try to incorporate in the new tool for higher
  efficiency.

Description:

• Project deals with recording the outpatient healthcare information during the visit with a
  “dentist”. The recorded information can be sent to other dentist in different facility and patients
  through direct mail. It gives education on patient’s diagnosis, lab test results, medication to the
  respective patient. It provides patient’s insurance claim option with eligibility check using third
  party gateway.
• Pediatric Associates is looking to build new reports such as influenza-like illness (ILI), coding by
  provider, coding by audit, W15, and CIS report for their internal audit and administrative
  purposes. With this new report development, the client will generate the reports in automatically
  in an Excel format without any manual interference.
