  • Keeping up to date with multiple high priority items. Keeping management updated by providing periodic status reports and constantly involving myself in the executive discussion to align with the vision of the organization.
  • Led 7 projects with a budget of close to a million for each. These were huge lift and shift projects, equivalent to building these highest classified revenue generating applications from scratch.
  • Managed to efficiently utilize the allocated budget, ensuring the Project budget is in sync with the operations budget for each annual year.

  • I have believed in facts hence let the statistics and data speak the for itself, for ex: we have over 400 Service requests for one of our VITAL applications (responsible for Media billing, generates a revenue of more than $750 million per year), more than 15 Change Requests, along with the project tasks up to 2000.

  • Implemented quality control objectives to resolve production issues, optimize product reliability and reduce costs. Introduced concept of tape backups to ensure in no case we would lose DB backup of vital applications.
  • Deployed and supervised various new projects such as, fully integrated Media Pricing and Inventory Management system, driven by automation and machine learning to maximize yield on media inventory and assets
  • Acting as a liaison between the company and outside vendors such as contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors. Strategic plans and innovative ideas for partnerships to grow.
  • Created automation ideas, worked on deploying them as projects to automate Ad booking easier for the customers. UiPath is now a key player in automation, built 2 use cases for better support and monitoring, avoiding the redundant work saving approx. 350 hours of work.
