Experience in being a team leader/supervisor capacity to train incoming staff. Knowledge and working experience in utilizing the Criminal Code of Canada and Provincial Offences. Proficient in conducting unbiased, factual investigations and report writing. Skilled in using non violent crisis intervention skills to promote safety and to De-escalate situations as they arise to resolve conflicts Ability to work as a team player and understand proper reporting steps to authorities and to management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in high pressure situations while maintaining a calm and collective demeanor using self-management techniques Collaborate with collaterals to promote loss prevention and safety. Fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi.
