As a lead counsellor, I would lead activities and drills to kids aged 6-7 and I would ensure there was maximum participation and safety. I also organized weekly schedules for my cohort, so every counsellor knew what they were doing for the rest of the week. I also provided feedback to my counselors and how we can improve gameplay and programming. However, I would also ensure I received feedback to get better at my role. In this position I won counsellor of the summer in 2023, and counsellor of the week in 2024 and 2025.
