· Perform Quarterly / Half yearly /annually Preventive Maintenance without deviation with safety and quality.

· Responsible to make NCR & CFR reports of failure components under warranty.

· Responsible to make reservation in SAP against order and complete all work in SAP without any deviation.

· Attend Breakdown and predictive work of all WTGs.

· Resolving technical issues through root cause analysis and provision of technical support / data.

· Having responsibility to alignment between gearbox and generator all type of WTG models through dial gauge and laser alignment kit.

· Expertise knowledge in handling major breakdown problems related with Heavy Duty Gearbox, Generator, Rotor shaft Bearings i.e., replacement work of HSS/IMS, DE/NDE bearing.

· Confirm and Technical Completion of work in SAP system.

· Troubleshooting of all Auto lubrication system (LINCOLN QUICKLUB) with permanent solution.

· Follow-up all instructions in regarding of safety and quality
