Primarily responsible for technical requirements for both of the data bank applications of Enterprise Master Data Management. EPM (Enterprise Product Master) is the single authoritative source of BMO's product and services data and ERDP (Enterprise Reference Data Management) is managing reference data sets of systems and processes in BMO.
Processes of maintaining data in both applications involve several walk-throughs with channels, business owners, dependency applications, and the impacted downstream domains.
The work involves usage of SQL Server for data storage and management and SSMS for Adhoc SQL server instances.
Various functional documents were developed using MS Office 365 (Excel, Forms, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), and Atlassian products.
Worked on testing for all user stories to meet E2E needs, made test information for the UAT clients, and continued UAT cycle until deferred away, giving incredible exposure to functional testing.
Collected requirements utilizing different elicitation strategies, investigating, characterizing client stories and acknowledgment rules, data flow diagrams (UML), UI plans, prerequisite sign-off, walk-throughs for Dev and QA group, helped prepare users for STLC, unit testing, demo meetings, test information arrangement just as driving client acknowledgment testing (UAT/BAT) and defect management.
