• Prepare daily reports and incident reports promptly.
• Execute projects assigned by the Security Leadership Team.
• Assist Security Shift Supervisors in ensuring security operations align with policy, Standing Orders, and legal standards.
• Observe, investigate, and respond to security breaches, fire and safety hazards, illegal entry, theft, and utility interruptions using radio, phone, and computer systems.
• Demonstrate expertise in relevant laws, including 494, Trespass to Property Act (TPA), and Oxford Customer Service Excellence.
• Enforce TPA and handle situations requiring the Use of Force in a fair and safe manner.
• Complete necessary paperwork and generate detailed reports.
• Coach and counsel security personnel, ensuring they are well-trained in critical procedures such as fire panel operation, power outages, and bomb threats.
• Provide security escorts for contractors and visitors upon request.
• Review and respond to security-related emails and inquiries.
• Stay updated on procedural changes and site updates.
• Monitor incident reports for compliance with standards.
• Provide excellent customer service when required.
• Gather statements and information for Incident Reports.
