I joined as a recruit, and was promoted to Corporal within 10 months. I was given the opportunity to become an Assist Cadet, which means teaching younger Cadets drill and basic training.
Responsibilities include:
- Commitment to attend regular training
- Learning and mastering drill
- Self-discipline
- Adhere to strict uniform policy
- Basic Pilot Training
- Completed FTX training which includes survival skills

- Helping to raise money for 180 Mosquito Squadron Air Cadets

- Dealt with many members of the public
