My first work experience was working as a receptionist and office
assistant for High Tech Enterprises, which required me to manage
multiple tasks concurrently, including answering phones, scheduling
appointments, and organizing incoming and outgoing mail,
demonstrating my strong organizational and multitasking skills.
My experience at Yamatos Japanese Restaurant further developed my ability to
handle high-pressure situations. I was tasked with taking multiple
orders down accurately, timing the delivery of drinks, appetizers, main
courses, and desserts, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a smile.
This fast-paced environment strengthened my ability to multitask
efficiently and prioritize customer needs. My success as a server
stemmed from my ability to connect with customers, actively listen to
their requests, and address their concerns with empathy.
