• Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and President, responsible for executing the ground-up build of a manufacturing plant in Simcoe County on virgin property.
• The scope includes site services, foundation works, structural steel and precast, hardscapes and landscapes.
• My work includes the co-ordination of sub-trades, maintenance of safety at site, all records reviewed, adherence to drawings and change orders as issued by the Consultant. Given my communication skills, I have exceptional relationship with the Owner and representatives on behalf of our construction management firm.
• This was the largest build in Simcoe County and Town of New Tecumseth.

• Currently assigned to the Metrolinx Barrie Line as the Site Superintendent for site works at King City GO station and at Englehard GO Station and along the corridor. Work consists in adding a second rail line adjacent to the line currently in operation. This also includes the addition of 3 relief culverts, 2 elevator shafts and 2 bridges along the path.
