• Managing and coordinating Writers at Woody Point Festival and other year-around events at the Woody Point Heritage Theatre at all levels - staffing, marketing, communications, logistics, stakeholder relationships, securing funding and reporting, and day-to-day financial management and reporting

• Providing executive leadership in setting long-term goals and objectives, creating policies, and developing procedures for the organization.

X-Border Art Biennial was a border-crossing art biennial that took place simultaneously in northern Sweden, Finland and Russia. My duties in the project included:

• participating in the international jury that selected the artists and planned and organized the exhibitions in multiple indoor and outdoor locations across the borders
• developing and coordinating an online exhibition and interactive 'Off the borders' blog for the biennial
• writing a short article for publication LEARNING X-PERIENCES: ART PEDAGOGICAL APPROACHES IN X-BORDER ART BIENNIAL, 2013, EDITED BY MARIA HUHMARNIEMI, ELINA HÄRKÖNEN & TIMO JOKELA) and worked as a translator for the catalogue and magazine of the biennial.
• Collaborated with others to discuss new opportunities.

• Participating in networking and international collaboration project development meetings and workshops in St.Petersburg (RUS), Berlin (DE) and Finland (FIN)
• Initiating new projects and significant new international partners for Artists' Association of Lapland
• Implementing strategies to take advantage of new opportunities.
