Pianpian Qiu

I am an early childhood education student at Algonquin College and completed my first placement in a kindergarten this year. During this placement, I gained valuable classroom management experience and was able to assist my supervisor with transitions. Moreover, I organized some learning activities successfully. At the same time, I also had multiple internships in primary and junior high school in China, which improved my class management skills and ability to communicate with students of different ages.

I have a wealth of psychological knowledge and can understand and respond to students' emotional and behavioral needs, and adjust teaching methods according to their individual development stages. I firmly believe that every child is unique and deserves a safe, caring, and supportive learning environment.
