Project Manager for $240 million in new building construction, automation, and equipment installation, with zero missed deadlines in six years.
Head of Canadian Security Operations and listed on the Health Canada Medical License with top accreditation as Responsible Person in Charge.
Worked directly alongside company founders, constructing and managing the flagship 100 acre property. This consisted of a GMP approved pharmaceutical/medical grade production facility, and highest in class, state of the art greenhouse, located in Ontario, Canada.
Built the the most advanced, and automated greenhouse in the world, with over 600 employees, and $700 million in annual sales.
Managed all new construction, as well as demos, plant closures, renovations, etc. totaling over $240 million. During initial construction, managed over 450 contractors on site at one time, from multiple countries around the world for several years.
Provided tours and entertaining to investors. This consisted of daily tours to political leaders, celebrity's, newspapers/magazines/tv networks, major league sports players, music industry professionals, financial institutions, and delegates from around the world.
Responsible for working with many foreign insurance companies (Lloyd's of London) several times per year. Worked very closely with our local Fire Department providing training, tours, and emergency scenario's due to the size of facility.
Worked closely with City Hall, (including Legal, Sanitation, Building, Planning, Engineering, Permitting, Building/Fire Inspections, etc.), Architects, and Engineers on every level.
Maintained Regulatory Compliance, Testing, and Auditing with Environment Canada, Agriculture/Agri-Food Canada, Ministry of Environment.
Proud to have managed large teams of skilled trades men and women from multiple plants across the country, to perform at the highest standards, with zero lost time accidents.
Major responsibilities included Managing a 30,000 square foot Power Plant and Switchgear SCADA, including 30 megawatts of electrical power from the utility grid, as well as internally generated power (using 2 cogens with heat recovery system, and 2 diesel generators). Monitoring 3 million gallons of hot/cold water tank charges, 400 HVAC units, several 800hp hot water boilers, 60,000 grow lights, 800 security cameras and security access controls, employee safety, snow removal, all maintenance and facility contracts, purchasing, as well as maintaining 50 acres of external property.

Plant Operations Manager for one of the largest Commercial Printing facilities in North America. Fort Dearborn (now Multi-Color Corporation) is a large-scale commercial label printer, producing decorative labels to the Food and Beverage Industry. With 250 employees, this facility saw record year over year growth with annual sales of $75 million.
Worked directly alongside customers, sales teams, and marketing executives from leading brands in North America, including Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Co, Disney, Kraft Heinz, Campbell's, Bay Valley, Conagra Foods, Nestle, Menu Foods, Diageo, Anheuser-Busch, Ken's Foods, etc.
Responsible for all production, purchasing, press scheduling, graphic arts, pre-press and file creation, employees, daily plant wide production meetings, HR, new equipment purchase and installations, Lean Manufacturing, and EBITA.
Working with the Quality Manger, helped guide our plant through over 65 successful Quality Audits and recertification's, including, AIB (American Institute of Baking), ISO, GMP, and Vendor specific Quality, and Sustainability audits. Regularly traveled to five sister plants across USA and Canada to assist managing our Print Quality Programs, as well as help introduce Lean Manufacturing projects.
