Oscar Qualified Short Film

  • Wrote, produced, directed, and edited a narrative short film entitled 'Cake Day' that played at 17 festivals internationally and qualified for the 2021 Oscars. Won Best Short Film at VIFF. It was selected as the 11th best short film of 2020 by Close-Up Culture and was given a feature on RogerEbert.com's 'Short Films In Focus' monthly article. The film has garnered 25K views as a Vimeo Staff Pick and 35k views on omeleto.com, and was purchased by the CBC for the Canadian Reflections Program.


CSA Nominated Short Film

  • Wrote, produced, directed, and edited a narrative short film entitled 'The Fish & The Sea' that premiered at Palm Springs International ShortFest and went on to garner a Canadian Screen Award Nomination from the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television.
