- Supervise the excavation of North Coarse Ore Bin and drifts as well as the installation of the bin steel, heavy lifts and the installation of the reclaim conveyors, mainline conveyors, 72" conveyor and 48" conveyor systems.
- Install dump chutes, grizzly system, head and tail pulleys.
- Crew sizes ranged from 8 to 20, including Miners, Millwrights, Ironworkers, Welders, Surveyors and sub-trades.
- Read prints and directed crews accordingly, chaired shift start toolbox talks and updated schedules etc.
