• Prospecting and assigning 5 leads per rep (5 UBAs) per week for 1.5 months to aid in pipeline development
• running team huddles and giving feedback to reps and making reports for the Sales Manager
• Running ZoomInfo/Sales Nav Trainings for new hires
• Sharing relevant templates, sequences, and articles in Slack channels

• Conducting 85 - 110 outbound calls to cold/warm leads in 33 states
• Booking 3 - 5 demos per day and assigning to account managers
• Performing in the top 3 out of 10 reps to hit monthly quotas
• Collaborating with account managers to ensure a clean hand-off of the prospect's needs

• Using touchpoints of call, email and text leads to set up demos and manage promising leads
• Hit targets (4 enrollments/week) using interpersonal strategies
• Giving sales presentations and close deals of education packages ranging from $4K to $31K
• Generating over $550K of pipeline contribution in 12 months

• Managing over 90 beehives as a professional beekeeper in 30+ locations via installations, inspections, harvests, and extractions of bee hives and honey
• Managing and training a team of 3 apprentice beekeepers to conduct various beekeeping activities
• Creating graphic logo designs for jars and hives and label them
• BDR: monthly cold calling/networking to set up meetings to showcase our services and products
• AE: Conducting meetings, managing pipeline, and closing deals.
