5 Year Plan: My vision is to partner with my destined hospital and the overarching local government stake holders to develop a comprehensive and organized spine treatment programme for trauma, cancer, MIS , Same day surgery (DSU) and deformity for adults and children I am keen on developing a Spine fellowship training programme in the Caribbean to develop a system of loco-regional succession of skills in spine surgery It is my desire to help in the educational development of nurses, porters and all support staff in honing their skills and becoming exceedingly proficient in caring for spine surgery patients so inline with this I am keen on doing in service teaching to bring people up to date with technologies, etiquette and practice standards and also for my own continued development I am keen on bi/ try yearly international CME meetings to ensure that my knowledge and skills are in line with current global standards

In my spare time I love to play tennis, football and chess

I played football at the illustrious Wolmer's High school for Boys during the time of the where the legendary Ricardo 'Bibi' Gardener (captain of Bolton Wanderers - UK) in my more mature years I play only as tolerated with my sons or peers. I still play a fare bit of tennis when I get the chance to keep mind and body healthy and my all time favourite pass time is a good game of chess with my father-in- law
