Manage office logistics in the procurement of stationery, equipment, office supplies, stock, and client orders.

Provides effective day-to-day administrative support by managing the general administration to ensure services meet the operating needs of the area they support.
Maintain and update a company calendar, database licenses, and permit applications.
To supervise and monitor the transport operations, with the coordination of the transport-in-charge, and ensure all the set guidelines are followed in the transportation system.
Responsible for coordinating and training subordinate staff, and monitoring employee queries.
Financial management:
Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and management. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Manage payroll and staff-related financial matters.
Maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Ensure data integrity in financial reporting, and identify financial discrepancies.
