  • Loading and unloading of trucks
  • Building of loads for deliveries, and dealing with customers directly
  • Class 4,5 and 7 forklift licences held for this position

  • Daily routine here would consist of deliveries with the boom truck
  • Most days are drywall, shingles, and lumber deliveries
  • Trucks would be loaded up the night before for early run the following day
  • On slow days I would off load delivery trucks, tend to customers and maintain the yard

  • This position, albeit new to me gave me the experience and confidence to not only look after tenants and their needs, but also to gain leadership skills
  • I began as a resident manager and quickly moved up to senior resident manager of a region
  • I worked out of my office on Campbell Court in Stratford, and twice a year would go to head office for meetings
  • Monthly meetings were held via skype
  • In this position I performed a large number of maintenance duties indoors and out
  • Simple duties from vacuuming to plumbing and electrical issues (minor ones)
  • Snow removal to landscaping
  • I handled building budgets and looked after dealing with vendors and other forms of repair crews
  • I handled leases for tenants and setting vendors up on a number of properties for contract work

  • DYNA-MIG manufacturing is a tear one automotive plant in Stratford, On
  • Duties here consisted of stocking the lines with a Toyota class 3 forklift( stand up)
  • After that I moved to shipping department loading GM parts with a counter balance Toyota forklift
  • Other duties performed were working in receiving department, unloading trucks and organizing the receiving area
  • I also did 6 weeks of training in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) Department
  • Here we look after all material coming in and out of the plant
  • From pencils to weld tips
  • We keep track of everything taken out by staff
  • All repairs going out and coming in
  • Receiving of all in materials
