  • I work with clients through e-mail and phone to create custom designs for protective gear in motorsports. I work with them to create a design to suit their needs, and then we take the design to production. I use pattern design software to create cut files to operate a CNC machine. I use graphic design software to create art files for printing and dye-sublimation. I am involved in various other aspects of the manufacturing process including: Picking up and delivering materials in a company vehicle, Inventory Management, Shipping and Receiving, Calculating Yields, Cost Estimates, Equipment & General Maintenance, Technical and Customer Support.

High focus on the dietary needs of the residents included diabetics, allergies, intolerances, and health complications with specific ingredients and medicines.

  • This job was unique because many of the staff were either hard of hearing or completely deaf. I slowly learned American Sign Language in order to communicate with co-workers. I have a working ability but I am certainly not fluent.
