• Creating, coordinating and facilitating programs in a youth centre and in a school setting
• Being a stable source of encouragement, and consolation
• Allowing youth the space to debrief and process their thoughts and feelings
• Connecting youth with entrepreneurs and assisting with the execution of a student-led entrepreneurial venture
• Connecting youth to mental health, education and employment resources
• Data collecting for program tracking, grant reporting and grant writing
• Training and Supervising co-op students.

• Assisting with the creation and implementation of care plans and behaviour plans
• Assisting with all aspects of personal care
• Mentoring clients through engagement with artistic, fitness, scholastic, and employment pursuits
• Connecting clients with the broader community, including churches, employers and resources for employment opportunities
• Daily reporting and data collection
• Health and Safety Representative.

• Assisting with the development and facilitation of Summer Camp programs for developmentally disabled and physically disabled children and teens
• Assisting the integration of developmentally disabled and physically disabled children and teens into YMCA Summer Camps.

• Programming weekly youth nights and regular youth events, for a juniour high group of fifty to seventy kids
• Preaching sermons
• Leading worship
