  • Lead High Performance program winning 47 (of 77 total) OUA provincial championships and 10 (of 14 Total) national championships
  • Created a student-athlete development program to enhance and support the academic, athletic, and community leadership skills experience and goals of over 525 student-athletes. This program was a model for other universities in Canada to follow.
  • Initiated numerous renovations and expansions of Sport and Recreations facilities including the Athletic Complex and fitness centre turf, development of Alumni Field, as well as the revitalization of University Stadium and renovation of the WLU 50 meter pool
  • Head of Delegation/Chef de Mission for Team Canada at the 2011 FISU Universiade/World University Summer Games held last August in Shenzhen China
  • 2009 FISU Universiade/World University Winter Games held in Harbin, China.
  • The recreation program at Laurier expanded exponentially with over 700 intramural teams, over 5000 participants within the instructional programs
