I’ve practiced as a Registered Nurse since 1986. I worked 10 years in a surgical floor, 18 years in ICU and 5 years working in the ER. The last five years I worked in LTC . I have nursed a myriad of patients, have mentored new staff, I have always developed good relationships with staff and Dr. I have acted as charge nurse in all fields I have worked and I pride myself on my efficiency, developing good relationships with patients and their families and feel I am a true advocate for the patients I have nursed: the last five years I have worked LTC and have supervised TON and PSW, delivered medications effectively: I have a strong background in using PCC and the relationships I have developed with the residents were caring and loving and used my knowledge and experience to try and enhance their lives.
