As a long time practitioner of yoga and pilates, it has been a pleasure learning in great detail how to train the body effectively. Applying my new understanding of kinesthetic awareness and structural anatomy, I am excited to help clients train in ways that aim to strengthen and mobilize their bodies to improve their day to day lives.
In mat pilates, I am capable of providing tailored modifications, enhancing clients' posture and balance, and facilitating breathwork. All skills I will confidently develop on the reformer as well.
With pending certification for reformer pilates, my hope is to find a studio where I can apply my mat pilates knowledge while completing the second part of my training and eventually be able to practice both here.
