Assess financial eligibility (audit) files identified by the Ministry. Perform comprehensive reviews interpreting 3rd party information against existing information as it relates to mandatory verification process areas. Identify discrepancies and fraud, maintaining data and caseload management while determining next steps to complete financial review or investigation within the deadlines.


Conduct client interviews by email, phone or in person and accurate entry of evidence in data systems which may result in calculating overpayments or arrears. Prepare detailed notes of audits findings as many of these are the basis for internal reviews and or request for SBT's.


Responsible for timely completion of audits and other assignments. Ensuring adherence to local policies, procedures, directives and legislative requirements ensuring respect and confidentiality.


Collaborate with staff, colleagues and community partners as required.


Additional duties and responsibilities include:

-Lost & stolen cheque process.

-Currently involved with Proof of Concept Pilot Project
