Northern Ireland Police Services Board (2003-2005)

Designed and delivered community and police leadership programs for the Northern Ireland Police Services Board and their District Police Partnerships with a team from the Ontario Provincial Police, Toronto Police Service and the University of Ottawa.

Queen's University School of Business Community Policing Management Program (Provincial Executive Team 2001 - 2005)

Under the umbrella of the Queen's School of Business, the Canadian Police Leadership Forum and the Ontario Government, this education and training program was designed for police managers and community leaders to develop effective police-community problem solving partnerships.

Alberta Health Services (2008 - 2012)

Consultant on provincial-wide Community Helpers Program, a youth mental health promotion initiative that originated in Ottawa. In partnership with Alberta Health Services and Life Role Development Services, developed the training manuals, communication materials and provided ongoing training, mentor and support to the program coordinators from across Alberta.
