  • Compiled teaching and learning content into an Open Education Resource platform (OER) on eCampus Ontario’s Pressbook format, using AI created content and outcome stems created by Dr. Amy Proulx.
  • Researched International HACCP guidelines with the help of AI and edited HACCP manual on Pressbook software.
  • Created original interactive graphics using H5P to enhance learning material on Pressbooks.
  • Constructed and designed all original graphic design icons, tables, graphs, process flow charts, and diagrams using various computer applications.
  • Use my academic skills and training in food safety systems to determine if the generative AI content has logic and meaning based on the context of food safety in Canadian manufacturing systems.
