• Tire change, brake pads and brake drum change. Brake calipers and Rotors Replace.
• Inspecting hub seal and bearing inspection and changed if required.
• Inspecting brake chamber and slack adjuster and changed if required.
• Inspecting Air bags and shockers and changed if leakage or damaged
• Inspecting Air tank and valves and repairing or changed if required.
• Troubleshoot electrical system in trailer and Diagnose ABS system and fix issues.
• Knowledge about Are welding, Metal and Aluminium welding. I weld some parts of trailer like door hinges, cross member if its little crack on it and do weld on frames, side rails, landing legs , cross X bracket and welding on bumper.
• Know how to repair trailer body and trailer roof if it's damaged.
• Fabricated custom trailer parts from steel using cutting torches and welding equipment.
• Repaired body damage to trailers by welding metal patches onto frames and other areas.

• Setup machines based on the job at hand.
• Communicated effectively with supervisors regarding progress updates on assigned tasks.
• Operated manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment to cut metal for fabrication of products.
• Perform extensive welding repair and fabrication of trailer parts as needed (i.e. bumpers, cross members, landing legs, door hinges, frame, floor, side rails etc.).
• Inspect structures and materials before welding.
• Maintaining hubs and axles and adjusting or replacing them when required.
• Inspecting servicing and replacing trailer parts including tires, brakes, caliper and Rotors.
