  • Coordinated host options from multiple agencies and created a master list of host options for Ukrainians seeking support.
  • Coordinated staff conducting home visits and inspections to review volunteer host applications and unique agreements for free accommodations for clients.
  • Negotiated lease agreements with landlords to secure favorable terms for tenants, contributing to increased stability and retention rates.
  • Identified and recruited landlords and Hosts to provide suitable and affordable units to meet clients' needs.

  • Utilized multiple funding streams, each of which were tracked and recorded in multiple data bases, including, OCMS, Excel, and Link2feed Canada
  • Completed narrative and statistical reports as needed for multiple funders, as well as for CCI management, The CCI board of directors, and the annual AGM reports
  • Proposal written and submitted to Food Banks Canada which was successful and resulted in CCI being awarded a 6 months funding contract with Food banks Canada, for an additional $25000 for food voucher supports
  • Over the course of the past 2 years, I have been responsible on behalf of CCI Settlement/Housing department, under the management of my direct supervisor Arber Zaplluzha for providing over $100000 in food vouchers by mail, to almost 3000 newcomers in urgent need of food supports
