Experienced professional in digital transformation, business analysis/architecture, and product management with over 17 years in digital technologies and professional services. I have led and contributed to dozens of innovation and transformation projects for organizations of various sizes and industries. Passionate about knowledge sharing, I have delivered training workshops, conferences, and seminars on digital transformation and its societal impacts. In parallel with my consulting work, I lecture at Université Laval (Québec, Canada), teaching digital management within the Department of Organizational Information Systems, Faculty of Business Administration. I am the creator of the AI-Ready Business Analyst Cube model and a strong advocate for the practical integration of artificial intelligence in business practices. My public sector consulting experience (e.g., RAMQ), combined with deep skills in process modeling, service design, and change enablement, positions me to quickly contribute in domains such as enterprise asset management (EAM), even without direct platform experience. I previously served the business analysis community in the Québec region as Vice-President of Professional Development for the IIBA local chapter (2020–2024). Bilingual (French-English), I hold a Computer Engineering degree and professional certifications: CBAP, CBDA, and CPM.
