Currently I run a type 2IA handcrew of twenty folks. I was a captain since 2020 and in 2023 took over my crew as a crew boss. My responsibility's as acrew crew boss range from hiring to initial attack.
I've ran type 5 incidents, initial attack, handline construction, fuels reduction, felling projects including heavy equipment, road prep, mop up and everything in between.
Coordinated with both federal and state agencies during incident response activities.
Inspected assigned area for new starts, smoke sightings or other signs of active fires.
