  • Develop various briefing materials and other documents for the minister and senior leadership of the ministry, including briefing notes, options papers, and cabinet documents.
  • Provide leadership to the Financial Policy Unit to work with other organizations, including key education sector partners, to develop and review funding policies that meet the needs of the PreK-12 education sector in Saskatchewan.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to the analysts in the Financial Policy Unit.
  • Perform the human resource tasks required to manage the Financial Policy Unit, which includes the hiring process.
