Technical Leadership Across Divisions: Direct enterprise IT and cybersecurity strategy while managing daily operations across diverse departments, including broadcast engineering and telecom. In total, my department provides technical support for six subsidiaries within the Gila River Telecommunications family of Tribal Owned companies.
Broadcast Operations Oversight: Lead technical operations for GRBC, which includes technical oversite for three ATSC 1.0 stations and one ATSC 3.0 (NextGen TV) station serving both the Gila River Indian Community and the greater Phoenix broadcast market. Additionally, oversee live production workflows, playout systems, and content delivery infrastructure, ensuring reliable and compliant public media service.
FCC & Spectrum Projects: Navigate and execute complex regulatory projects involving FCC compliance, wireless spectrum management, and public safety communications initiatives, including 2.5 GHz LTE communications on tribal land.

Being a Senior Director in a Department Head role for five years, I successfully managed and directed a Technology/IT department with a combined annual capex budget and opex budget well exceeding $1 Million, six full-time employees and servicing approximately 200 employees in two countries.
